Andrew Grant - Managing Director

Andrew Grant is Managing Director of CO2 Australia and its related entities. Andrew has held Senior Executive roles in both the private and public sector. He is a board member of the Banksia Environmental Foundation and the Chairman of the Port Phillip and Western Port Catchment Management Authority.

Aaron Soanes - General Manager, Operations

Aaron Soanes is the General Manager - Operations of CO2 Australia and is based in our Wagga Wagga office. Aaron is responsible for the operational component of plantation establishment, land acquisition, management and development of the sequestration models and associated data collection and analysis. Aaron was previously Treefarm Operations Manager for Timbercorp where he managed all treefarm operations in the Victorian, South Australian and Western Australian regions.

James Bulinski - Manager Carbon & Innovation Services

Dr James Bulinski, Manager Research and Monitoring, is based in our Melbourne office. James is responsible for managing CO2 Australia's innovation and research programs, as well as developing and managing carbon accounting processes, including inventory and modelling. James, who obtained a PhD through the CRC for Sustainable Production Forestry, has over ten years experience in the plantation sector that includes employment in technical and senior management roles.

Ashley Shilkin - Chief Financial Officer

Ashley Shilkin is Chief Financial Officer of CO2 Australia Limited based in our Melbourne office, and has held the position since April 2006. Ashley's portfolio in CO2 includes commercial modelling & relations, price forecasting and financial information management. Ashley previously worked as a Business Analyst for Avatar Industries Limited; a diversified industrials company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Prior to joining CO2 Australia, Ashley was involved in creating financial transparency in a barbeques company in London, assisting the sale of a platinum metal drilling company in South Africa, and numerous due diligence assessments on businesses destined for acquisition or sale.

Martin Crevatin - Plantation Manager

Martin Crevatin, Plantation Manager is based in our Wagga Wagga office. Martin is responsible for the planning, establishment, protection and management of CO2 Australia's plantation estate. With twenty years experience in both the plantation and native forest sectors he brings a broad experience base to the operations team. Prior to joining CO2 Australia, he held senior management roles in forestry marketing and operations in Queensland.

Mark Ritchie - Manager - Land Acquisition

Mark Ritchie is CO2 Australia's Manager - Land Acquisition, based in the Wagga Wagga office and is responsible for managing and negotiating the land acquisition process as well as marketing and client/customer liaison. Mark has over 15 years experience in the livestock and farming industries and was previously employed within the feedlot industry. Mark is also a Churchill Fellow having spent time in Canada and the United States reviewing a range of environmental issues relevant to Australian Agriculture.
