Mr Andrew Grant Grad Dip Bus Mg, BSc (Hons)
Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Grant leads CO2 Australia and its related
entities. Andrew has held senior executive roles in both the private and
public sector. He is Chair of the Port Phillip and Western Port Catchment
Management Authority and a board member of the Banksia Environmental
Foundation.
Mr Harley Whitcombe B.Bus, CPA
Executive Director and Company Secretary. Mr Whitcombe has had many years
of commercial and finance experience, providing company secretarial
services to publicly-listed companies. He is a member of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Malcolm Hemmerling PD, BSc (Hons), Dip T (Sec)
Non Executive Director. Dr Hemmerling is the Chief Executive Officer of
the Adelaide City Council and is Chairman of the National Basketball
League. He has had extensive experience in leadership and management
positions, having been Chief Executive Officer for The Sydney Organising
Committee for the Olympic Games, the Australian Formula One Grand Prix in
South Australia as well as for Bob Jane T Marts and Corporation. Dr
Hemmerling is a fellow member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors.
Dr Christopher Mitchell PhD, BSc (Hons)
Non-Executive Director. Dr Mitchell has had a 20 year involvement in
Australian and International climate research and currently leads Climate,
Weather and Ocean Prediction research at CSIRO. Dr Mitchell has consulted
government and major international companies and has been extensively
published in the area of climate change.
