Landholders Planting Trees

An important element of CO2 Australia's carbon plantings is working closely with the farming community across the Australian wheatbelt to integrate these mallee environmental plantings into existing farming and grazing systems locally and at the catchment scale. CO2 Australia works with landholders across New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia to design and integrate these plantings to maximise a range of environmental and agronomic benefits at the property level. Each planting design is integrated into the property on a whole of farm basis and is done in close cooperation and consultation with each participating landholder. The layout of each planting remains at the discretion of the landholder. Our plantings must adhere to stringent criteria in order to be eligible to produce accredited carbon permits for our clients.
