Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme Legislation The Government introduced this CPRS legislative package into the Parliament on Thursday 14 May 2009. The introduction of these Bills follows the release of the Green Paper on the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme in July 2008, the White Paper in December 2008, and the exposure draft legislation on 10 March 2009.
