CO2 Australia is proud to be the chief sponsor of the Master TreeGrower course which is making a return for eight days between August 10 and November 10.
The Australian Master TreeGrower program is an 8-day field based course for landholders interested in planting and managing trees for conservation and profit. Developed in 1996 by Rowan Reid through the University of Melbourne, the Master TreeGrower program has been delivered to more than 2000 farmers across Australia through more than 100 courses.
CO2 Australia’s CEO Aaron Soanes recently attended the official launch of the Master TreeGrower course in Malanda and spoke to farmers, saw millers, environmentalists, forestry experts and other interested people about the course.
Last held on the Tablelands 12 years ago, the course makes a return for eight days between August 10 and November 10 and will be hosted by the Johnstone River Catchment Management Association.
