Rebecca is our key client relationship manager on a series of landmark carbon and biodiversity offset projects with a combined value exceeding $100 million.

Mark Graeme

Carbon Programs Manager

Mark has been managing carbon projects for CO2 Australia for the past seven years and is responsible for carbon accounting, Offset Reporting, ACCU realisation, audit engagement and compliance processes for 37 registered ERF Projects.

Kate McBean

Senior Manager Environmental Approvals

Kate has almost a decade’s experience project managing some of Australia’s largest biodiversity offset programs and is currently overseeing the EIS for a large-scale aquaculture project in the Northern Territory.

Chris Ewing

Senior Project Manager

Chris is one of the pioneers of the offsets industry in Queensland and has also successfully delivered environment offsets for projects in New South Wales and Western Australia.

Dr Jarrad Cousin

Senior Ecologist

Jarrad has over 15 years’ experience as a terrestrial ecologist, including the design, delivery and ongoing monitoring of environmental offsets. Jarrad is also an accredited BioBanking assessor.

Claire Fletcher

Environmental Consultant

Claire has ten years’ experience in offshore and onshore ecological/environmental assessment for natural resources projects in the oil, gas and aggregate extraction/mining and renewables sectors.

Andrew Dawson


Andrew has extensive experience in the design and execution of ecological surveys and has conducted field work in both NSW and Queensland across several bioregions, including large scale projects in the Brigalow Belt and Cape York.

Meghan Farr


With more than seven years’ experience in environmental and planning approvals, Meghan has prepared environmental impact assessments and baseline reports for large-scale mining and aquaculture projects in New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Tara D’Arcy Evans


Tara’s key areas of expertise include assessing ecological equivalence of impact and offset areas, identifying suitable offset sites, quantifying offset availability for the required offset values and preparing EPBC Act Offset Assessment Guides.

Vanessa Oxley

Project Officer

Vanessa has almost 20 years’ experience in natural resource management, with a focus on revegetation projects. Vanessa is currently heading up the operational management of a number of large scale revegetation projects in the Riverina region of Victoria and NSW funded under the 20 Million Trees Programme.

Ryan Campbell

Senior GIS Specialist

Ryan is currently providing GIS and mapping support to the delivery of our seven 20 Million Trees projects across four states as well as the EIS for Project Sea Dragon. Ryan is also a key member of our offsets team and manages our Compliant Offset GIS Tool.

Brad Holt

Site Supervisor

Brad’s primary role is the establishment and management of over 500 ha of land within the National Parks. He also provides support in ensuring his projects are carried out in accordance with the relevant compliance requirements of the Emissions Reduction Fund. Brad is a proud member of the Wakka Wakka People of the South Burnett Region.

Berrick is a pioneer of integrated environmental management with over 30 years’ experience in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and community outreach and landholder liaison.
