Dr James Bulinski
As Managing Director and a Director of the company, James has successfully delivered against long-term (10 year+) land, offsets and carbon management contracts valued at over $160 million.
With a career spanning more than 15 years, Aaron has been responsible for the delivery of some of Australia’s largest carbon plantation and revegetation programs. Aaron is also a Director of the company.
Rebecca is our key client relationship manager on a series of landmark carbon and biodiversity offset projects with a combined value exceeding $100 million.
Kate has almost a decade’s experience project managing some of Australia’s largest biodiversity offset programs and is currently overseeing the EIS for a large-scale aquaculture project in the Northern Territory.
Chris is one of the pioneers of the offsets industry in Queensland and has also successfully delivered environment offsets for projects in New South Wales and Western Australia.
Dr Jarrad Cousin
Jarrad has over 15 years’ experience as a terrestrial ecologist, including the design, delivery and ongoing monitoring of environmental offsets. Jarrad is also an accredited BioBanking assessor.
Mark’s role includes the coordination of carbon accounting, auditing, data management and reporting obligations for the 26,400 hectares of registered ERF Projects currently under our management.
Wendy has recently joined us and will be managing the delivery of a diverse large-scale revegetation project in close partnership with NSW Parks and Wildlife Services.
Vanessa has recently joined us and is currently managing the delivery of one of our key 20 Million Tree projects in Victoria in close partnership with VIC Parks.
Ryan is currently providing GIS and mapping support to the delivery of our seven 20 Million Trees projects across four states as well as the EIS for Project Sea Dragon. Ryan is also a key member of our offsets team and manages our Compliant Offset GIS Tool.
With more than seven years’ experience in environmental and planning approvals, Meghan has prepared environmental impact assessments and baseline reports for large-scale mining and aquaculture projects in New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Tara D’Arcy Evans
Tara’s key areas of expertise include assessing ecological equivalence of impact and offset areas, identifying suitable offset sites, quantifying offset availability for the required offset values and preparing EPBC Act Offset Assessment Guides.
Berrick is a pioneer of integrated environmental management with over 30 years’ experience in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and community outreach and landholder liaison.
