
Aaron Soanes
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Aaron has been responsible for the delivery of some of Australia’s largest carbon plantation and revegetation programs. Aaron is also a Director of the company.

Dr Jarrad Cousin
Jarrad has over 20 years experience as a terrestrial ecologist, including the design, delivery and ongoing monitoring of environmental offsets. Jarrad is also an accredited BioBanking assessor.

Tara D’Arcy Evans
Tara’s key areas of expertise include assessing ecological equivalence of impact and offset areas, identifying suitable offset sites, quantifying offset availability for the required offset values and preparing EPBC Act Offset Assessment Guides.

Ryan Campbell
As head of the geospatial team Ryan manages the spatial aspects of CO2 Australia’s project design, mapping, database management, remote sensing, monitoring and auditing. Ryan has a 15-year working history in the GIS, spatial analytics and remote sensing fields. This includes positions in a range of private sector firms, combining Australian and international experience.

Dean Orrick
As a terrestrial ecologist, Dean’s expertise is in leading and implementing ecological surveys and services across a wide variety of terrestrial ecosystems, including threatened flora surveys, habitat condition assessments, ecological monitoring programs and Regional Ecosystem verification and mapping (GIS). As an accredited UAV pilot, Dean also works in collecting aerial field data for carbon sequestration projects.

Madeleine Radke
With a background in project management for large-scale outdoor operations, Madeleine works with the Carbon Programs team in conducting field surveys, data analysis, and compilation of reports. She also works across the business as Systems Analyst, designing and preparing tools and processes for information management, data collection, analysis, and communication.

Carla Costa
Carla has 10 years’ experience in environmental projects development and management. As a member of the carbon team, Carla is responsible for fulfill compliance requirements for the Emissions Reduction Fund projects. She also plays a role assisting in the development, management and delivery of projects and offset reports, collation of data, procedures, and carbon accounting programs.

Meghan Farr
With more than seven years’ experience in environmental and planning approvals, Meghan has prepared environmental impact assessments and baseline reports for large-scale mining and aquaculture projects in New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Briana Clifton
Briana has over 6 years’ experience in the environmental industry, primarily managing and delivering restoration projects across south-east Queensland. Briana is currently working with CO2 Australia’s Ecosystem Markets and Innovation team contributing to the management and delivery of environmental offset projects.

Vanessa Oxley
Vanessa has almost 20 years’ experience in natural resource management, with a focus on revegetation projects. Vanessa is currently heading up the operational management of a number of large scale revegetation projects in the Riverina region of Victoria and NSW funded under the 20 Million Trees Programme.

Tai White-Toney
Tai has worked in revegetation as an ecologist and project manager since 2016. With experience across environmental program development, design, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and handover— Tai‘s expertise is in managing environmental projects and engaging with stakeholders. Tai currently manages the compliance of CO2 Australia’s carbon projects under the Emissions Reduction Fund.

Jenna Kaney
As part of the Ecosystem Markets and Innovation team, Jenna specialises in identification of offset requirements, facilitation of ecological surveys, documentation of biodiversity assessments and preparation of offset management reports for various projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

Rose Easton
With a background in local restoration, Rose now works to implement diverse plantation projects throughout QLD, predominantly under the Land Restoration Fund. Rose also works within the Ecosystem Markets and Innovation team, assisting with ecological and biodiversity focussed projects.
